When discipline comes from a healthy and loving place, not from a place of anger, hatred, pain, or self-defeating, it becomes a whole different thing than the discipline we may think of.
No matter where you are in your life, choosing what to put into your body should be done with true care and love within yourself.
You don’t have to eat clean for the sake of beliefs that are told by someone else.
You don’t need to cut out anything for the sake of being “that girl” or “that boy.”
You care about yourself and your body and as a result of that, you end up eating whole foods that are full of nutrients, minerals, and energy.
